Re: Hallelujah Chorus for Children in Need: we need YOU!

Dear Parents and colleagues,

You may be aware that as part of this year’s Children in Need, choirs across the country are being encouraged to perform the Hallelujah chorus on Friday November 20th.

We propose to have a go, with a choir made up of CIS staff, parents and friends. This cannot work unless lots of you agree to take part. You do not need to have a glorious voice, just come with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and have fun!

Rehearsals are at Cherry Hinton Hall on Sunday November 8th 2.30-4.40 and Monday November 16th 7.45-9.15 pm.
We will then perform early evening on Friday November 20th as part of the National Children in Need events. All choir members will be asked to make a small donation to the event.

I think it will be amazing! Do please, as many of you as possible, sign up and come along.
